Data Management
Organized the data into clear, structured sections to create a clean layout that’s easy to understand and navigate.

The Design
Here are some of the exploration paths that came together to form a refined, cohesive product experience.

Onboarding Screen
A clean, minimal design that asks only for essential details, with quick signup options via Google or Microsoft for a smoother start.

Create New Project Screen
A simple two-step pop-up flow collects key details first, then the job description, letting users create projects with the ease without having the complication of leaving the page.

Adding Resumes Screen
A quick document input was placed above the text box so users don’t switch screens. Files appear with applicant names and file-type icons, with hover-based cancel options and alerts for any issues for the ease of the users.

Chat Screen
User and AI messages were color-coded for clarity, with quick options to copy, rate responses, and access job descriptions or candidate lists from the top bar for the ease of the user.

Job Description Screen
A right-side pop-up allowed users to edit and save job descriptions without leaving the page, reducing clutter and unnecessary navigation.

Work Drive Screen
Displays applicant resumes in various document types, with date filters for easy sorting. Extra details appear in hover tooltips, saving space while keeping info accessible.
